PCB ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY

Allen Integrated Assemblies offers both Surface Mount and Through-hole assembly, including Ball Grid Array (BGA) and Bottom Terminated Components (BTC), of printed circuit boards. We can run both lead-and-free processes of both technologies.

Our latest Surface Mount line has the capability of placing 40,000 components per hour with high speed, high precision mounting heads for fine pitched components, QFPs, BGAs & 01005 chip components and has on-the-fly electrical verification.
 
We have been successfully placing BGA’s for over two decades and have the high-resolution Phoenix X-ray system needed for verification. Package-on-Package, (PoP), is an integrated circuit packaging technique which vertically combines discrete logic and memory BGA packages.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

The natural progression once a printed circuit board is assembled is to assemble it into some sort of enclosure or final product, whether it be sheet metal, plastic, or a machined housing.

Allen Integrated Assemblies offers this service with our highly trained, IPC certified operators. We have the resources and tools for building complete assemblies, box builds, electro mechanical assemblies and cable assemblies.
 
And along with the resources to build such products we can fully test and troubleshoot your product.

TESTING CAPABILITY

Allen Integrated Assemblies technical staff have over 90-years combined experience in testing and troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies.

We offer complete functional testing of electronic assemblies as well as complete box builds. The assemblies we actively test cover a wide range of technologies including WiFi, networking equipment, power supplies, amplifiers, industrial controls and digital processing products.
 
We also have In-circuit test capabilities using our Teradyne In-circuit tester.
 
For the cable assemblies we produce we offer cable scan testing to ensure proper workmanship, so you are confident your assembly will work when you get it.

LOGISTICS

Allen Integrated Assemblies is a full service electronic and electro mechanical contract manufacturer specializing in the assembly and testing of electronic assemblies.

We offer a full array of value-added services including review of design for manufacturing (DFM), material procurement and handling, prototyping quantities as well as full turnkey manufacturing, electro mechanical assembly and sheet metal fabrication, complete system assembly and box builds.
 
We also offer various inventory programs such as KAN-BAN, TWO-BIN system, Safety Stock and Blanket Orders. These programs are designed to ensure delivery to our customers when they need product.
 
When assemblies are completed, we can also handle all logistics involved in the efficient flow and storage of your products until they arrive where they need to be.
